Kimberly, Family Nurse Practitioner and Owner of Faith Medical & Wellness Clinic. She began her Nursing Career in 2007 and has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017. Her nursing background is in long-term care, Med-Surg/Pediatrics, Home Health Care, and Family Medicine. Kimberly's continued her education and is certified in DOT physicals, weight loss, IV therapy,  Aesthetics, and is a certified Biote Provider. Her goal is to treat each patient individually and help her clients to look and feel their best by getting to the "root cause" and living healthy lifestyles through a holistic approach. 

Hannah, Licensed Practical Nurse and Certified Nurse Injector provides many years of experience in the Nursing field with a background in  urgent care, long-term care, and home health. Hannah is also certified to provide aesthetic services to clients and is a certified nurse injector.

Karen, is a Certified Medical Assistant that has a background working in the healthcare setting for over 20 years from administrative duties to clinical services. Karen provides heart felt care to each and every patient.
