Faith Medical & Wellness Clinic, LLC was established on November 30th, 2022 by Nurse Practitioner Kimberly Horton following her calling and passion to help others. Carroll County native and graduate of Carroll High School Kimberly, pursued her education in Nursing through Wytheville Community College where she earned an Associates degree in 2009 and then attended the Family Nurse Practitioner program through Walden University and graduated in 2016 with her Masters Degree. Kimberly has experience in caring for patients of all ages and a background in wide variety of clinical settings. Following a patient-centered care approach Kimberly treats each patient individually and holistically with a goal to help each patient look and feel their best! At Faith Medical & Wellness Clinic, LLC we hope each patient and their families find it to be a warm and welcoming atmosphere in a private medical clinic setting.
