Faith Medical & Wellness Clinic, LLC was established November in 2022 and opened it's doors to the community in March of 2023. Owned and operated by Kimberly Horton, Board Certified through the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed in Virginia as an Autonomous NP. The clinic offers a variety of services to clients with Primary Care, Wellness, and Med Spa Services.
At Faith Medical & Wellness Clinic, LLC, we provide compassionate care tailored to your individual needs. We believe that every patient is unique and deserves personalized care and individualized treatment plans. Our goal is to help patients look and feel their best.
Services offered include Primary care, wellness/ preventative healthcare, telehealth visits, DOT physicals, hormone replacement therapy, aesthetic services including botox & fillers with a variety of skin care services; weight loss management, IV and injectable vitamins and nutrients.
